More efficient than traditional diamond products, Bio DIAMANT® pastes, dosage
sticks, pulmatics and liquids are based on biodegradable components that
represent no danger to the environment nor the user.

Bio DIAMANT® Pastes : incomparable diamond abrasive compounds
The Bio DIAMANT® pastes have been developed to suit all prepolishing and polishing
operations. These pastes contain diamond powder free of any impurities, therefore
guaranteeing the maximum cutting power of the diamond.
The calibration of the grains is perfect ; they are uniformly distributed
and held in suspension in chemically pure ingredients.
The Bio DIAMANT® formula gives a more regular and more fluid
abrasive film permitting an immediate cutting action on the part to
be polished.

Bio DIAMANT® Dosage sticks : meant to be used manually
The precise dosing and distribution of the diamond paste is ensured by a graduated
cylinder. Each division is equal to 0,2 g.
Bio Diamant® Dosage sticks are meant to be used with lubricating fluid type
700 (702 and 712).
Available in two versions : 122 monocrystalline and 122P polycrystalline.

The concentration of the pastes has a direct effect on the rapidity of the polishing
operation. A high concentration is a guarantee of high efficiency.
Available in two ranges : monocrystalline diamond pastes, soluble in water or in alcohol
and polycrystalline diamond pastes, soluble in alcohol.

Bio DIAMANT® Aerosols : New formulation requiring very little
agitation before use
The aerosols are adapted for manual and semi-automatic polishing.
They contain no propulsion gas damaging the ozone layer.
Available in series 333 monocrystalline, soluble in water and alcohol.

Bio DIAMANT® Pulmatics : meant to be used for the polishing
of important surfaces
The Bio Diamant® Pulmatics are used for the distribution of the diamond abrasive
in the polishing of large surfaces, it completes the range of traditional
sprayers. Without propulsion gas, only the ambient air is pumped manually.
Available in two versions : 310 monocrystalline and 320P polycrystalline,
to be cleaned with alcohol.

Bio DIAMANT® Liquids : optimum stock removal with
limited inclusion damage
The Bio Diamant® formulation contributes to the stability and homogeneity of the
abrasive film therefore ensuring better results while reducing diamond liquid
and fluid consumption.
Available in two series 140 and CAMEO®.

The Bio DIAMANT® CAMEO® liquid formulation contributes to optimum observation
and analysis. The products of our Bio DIAMANT® range are biodegradable, the working
conditions of the user are thus respected.

High efficiency
Our research and development laboratory finalized an abrasive liquid made of extremely
calibrated diamond particles in suspension in a carrier which has optimal viscosity
and fluidity. Available for all steps from grit 1/4 to 15μ.

Finishing quality, simplified use
Used with a spraying or drop by drop system, the Bio DIAMANT® CAMEO® liquids
are indicated for all your operations of prepolishing on the CAMEO® DISK and all
your finishing operations on the polishing cloths of the CAMEO® range.
Easy cleaning, just rinse with water or alcohol to remove all traces of pollution
without damaging your sample.

The 2 series of LAM PLAN® and CAMEO® polishing cloths for diamond abrasive
offer a full range of cloths adapted to the specific needs of metallographic polishing.
Diverse diameters of cloths, adapted polishing supports.

Dedicated both to manual and automatic polishing, the LAM PLAN® and CAMEO®
range of polishing cloths are available in all standard diameters. Our polishing
cloths are adapted to any requirements thanks to special coating or proofing
processing.

LAM PLAN® Polishing cloths must be used with diamond products
grits 25 μ to 1/10 μ.

The NEW CAMEO® SYSTEM polishing method contains the
LAM PLAN® and CAMEO® ranges of polishing cloths.

ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FOR ALL YOUR DISCS
, the solution to self-adhesive attachment system An exceptional anti-adherent power

The FAS® system allows the easy sticking and unsticking of all self-adhesive
abrasive discs such as abrasive papers, prepolishing and polishing cloths.
It avoids the long and delicate cleaning of the plates in order to remove the
residues of glue after every self-adhesive disc removal.
A system adapted to all plates

The LAM PLAN FAS® is a self-adhesive rigid disc that can be fixed on the plate
of your machine whatever the diameter. The thickness of the FAS disc (1 millimeter)
guaranties the initial flatness of the plate it is stuck on.

Allying a soft and regular abrasion
The FAS® system is made of a patented material allying the soft and
regular abrasion of a flexible cover to the observance of flatness obtained
on a metal support.
